Dream interpretation of hazrat ibn sirin, may allah have mercy on him, said that the wall represents the condition of the dreamer. if he sees a fine and strong wall, it is a sign of goodness in his worldly condition. if he sees an old wall and demolishes it, it is a sign that he will gain wealth. if he sees a new wall and ruins it, it indicates sorrow and grief according to the level of destruction. if he sees a weak and narrow wall, it signifies that his condition in the world will be weak. if he sees an upright wall, it is evidence of his condition being righteous. if he sees a hanging wall, it indicates disarray in his condition and loss of pleasure. if he sees a collapsed wall, it signifies that he will fall in terms of livelihood and profession. hazrat ja'far al-sadiq, may allah have mercy on him, stated that if he sees himself building a wall with his hands using mud and clay, it is evidence of the purity of his religion. if he builds it with bricks and lime, it indicates ruin in his religion. if the wall is made of lime and stone, it signifies being infatuated with the world and not seeking the hereafter.
