Dream interpretation of hazrat ibn sirin (may allah have mercy on him) said that if someone sees in a dream that he has an ababil or someone has given it to him, it means that he will reunite with someone from whom he was separated and will find comfort in that place. if he sees that he has killed or dropped an ababil with his hand, it means that he will seek separation from someone he loves. hazrat ibrahim karmani (may allah have mercy on him) said that seeing an ababil in a dream represents a wealthy and wise person. if he sees a female ababil, it represents a wise and rich woman. if he sees the ababil flying away from him, it signifies that wealth will depart from him. if he sees the ababil die in his hands, it indicates that his friend will die, and he will experience sorrow and grief. hazrat jabir maghribi (may allah have mercy on him) said that if someone sees in a dream that he has caught an ababil, it is a sign that he will be relieved from sorrows and will be safe from fear and terror.
