Dream interpretation of hazrat muhammad bin sirin (may allah have mercy on him) has said that seeing life in a dream represents a child, wealth, or agreeable family. and if one sees that life has departed from his body, it is evidence that either his child or wife will die, his wealth will be lost, or he himself will perish. if one sees his soul in the form of a virtuous man, it indicates he will have a righteous child, his condition will be good, and he may serve a pleasant and gallant king, which will be beneficial for him. on the contrary, if he sees his soul in the form of a wicked man, it means otherwise. story: it is narrated in a hadith that a person presented himself before the holy prophet muhammad (peace be upon him) and said, 'o messenger of allah! i had a dream that my soul left my body, then i held it in my lap, and then it ascended to the sky.' the holy prophet (peace be upon him) said, 'make your will because your soul has reached its place.' that same day, the person departed from this world. hazrat ibrahim karmani (may allah have mercy on him) has said that if someone sees his life in his palm in a dream, it is evidence that he will be involved in a dangerous affair that he fears for his life. if he sees his soul ascend to the sky from his palm, it is evidence that he will die soon. if he sees his soul's color as yellow, it indicates he will die from a severe illness. if the soul is red or white, it promises a good outcome and relief from grief. if the soul is seen black, it is evidence he deserves the punishment of allah almighty. hazrat jabir maghribi (may allah have mercy on him) has said that if someone sees a soul departing from a dead person and his relatives are mourning it, it is a sign the deceased’s household will face grief and sorrow. if the relatives are crying softly, it means the deceased's soul is in torment.
