Dream interpretation of hazrat ibn sirin, may allah have mercy on him, stated that if someone sees in a dream that there is a pumpkin vine in their house during the pumpkin season, this is evidence that their honor and status will increase. if they are ill, they will receive healing; if they are a slave, they will be freed; if they are a disbeliever, they will become a muslim; and if a muslim sees this, they will return safely to their homeland. if a sinner sees this, they will repent. hazrat ja'far sadiq, may allah have mercy on him, said that if someone sees they have a pumpkin, this indicates they will gain benefit from a virtuous woman. if they see they have uprooted a pumpkin vine, this is evidence they will gain benefit from a noblewoman. if they see they have eaten cooked pumpkin, it indicates their wish will be fulfilled and they will receive the ability to perform worship.
