Dream interpretation of sajjada means prayer mat. hazrat ibn sirin, may allah have mercy on him, said that seeing a prayer mat in a dream is a sign of goodness. and if he sees himself sitting on a prayer mat in a mosque, it is evidence that he will travel to the land of hijaz. the command of allah almighty is: 'and take the standing place of ibrahim as a place of prayer.' (al-baqarah 2:125) especially if he sees that he has also performed i'tikaf in the mosque. hazrat jabir maghribi, may allah have mercy on him, said if he sees that the prayer mat is made of wool or cotton, it is evidence that he will be engaged in obedience and worship. and if he sees that his prayer mat is burnt, it is an interpretation contrary to the first. and if he sees that his prayer mat is made of pashmina, it is evidence that his worship will be for show.
