Dream interpretation of hazrat ibn sirin (may allah's mercy be upon him) stated that seeing mucus in a dream represents wealth, which is spent on its correction. if a person sees in a dream that he is placing mucus in different places, it is contrary to the first interpretation. and if he sees that he is placing mucus from his throat in a pure place, it indicates that he will spend wealth in a rightful place. hazrat ibrahim karmani (may allah's mercy be upon him) said that if a sick person sees he has expelled mucus, it is a sign that he will recover from illness. if he sees that he expels black mucus, it indicates sorrow and grief. if he sees mucus mixed with blood, it signifies some loss of his wealth. if he sees mucus placed inside his house, it implies that he will spend wealth on strangers. if he sees mucus placed in a mosque, it indicates spending wealth on strangers as a form of corruption.
