Dream interpretation of 'siraat' means path or bridge of siraat. hazrat ibn sirin, may allah have mercy on him, said that if someone sees in a dream that they are standing on a path, it is evidence that their bad deeds will be corrected because 'siraat' is the straight path. the command of allah almighty is: {يَهْدِيَكَ صِرَاطًا مُّسْتَقِيمًا} (al-fath 48:2) 'and he will show you the straight path.' if one sees that they have crossed the bridge of siraat, it is proof that they will be safe from great disaster and death. however, if one sees that they fall into hell while crossing the bridge of siraat, it is evidence that they will fall into trouble and calamity. hazrat ibrahim kermani, may allah have mercy on him, said that if one sees that they have crossed the bridge of siraat, it is evidence that they will do righteous deeds in the hereafter. hazrat jafar sadiq, may allah have mercy on him, said that seeing the bridge of siraat in a dream has six interpretations: (1) the right path, (2) a difficult task, (3) fear, (4) comfort from the king, (5) sin, (6) hypocrisy.
