Dream interpretation of hazrat ibn sirin (may allah have mercy on him) has said that if someone sees in a dream that they are walking with a magistrate and there are good people with them, it is evidence that they will gain favor and benefit. if they see the opposite, it is evidence of mischief and harm. and if they see that the magistrate has captured them and harmed them, it is evidence that they will suffer grief among the king's servants. and if they see that they were not rebuked by the magistrate, it is evidence of goodness and virtue. hazrat ibrahim karmani (may allah have mercy on him) has said that if they see that the magistrate has stripped them of their clothes or put them in prison, it is evidence that the dreamer will suffer harm from the king's men and face disgrace. and if they see that they ran away from the magistrate and no one could catch them, it is evidence that they will suffer a little grief.
