Dream interpretation of hazrat ibn sirin (may allah have mercy on him) said that seeing a mosquito in a dream is indicative of a mean, lowly, and inefficient person who does trivial and demeaning work. if one sees in the dream that he is fighting with a mosquito, it indicates that he will quarrel and dispute with a weak person. if he sees that he has swallowed a mosquito, it indicates that he will be involved in lowly work with a lowly person, and he will gain something small from it. if he sees that many mosquitoes are gathering on his body and biting him, it indicates that he will be the subject of public talk and will suffer harm from them, even facing severe damage, because mosquitoes suck blood. if he sees that a mosquito has entered his ear or nose and caused him pain, it indicates that he will surely face sorrow and pain from a weak person. hazrat ibrahim kirmani (may allah have mercy on him) stated that if someone sees in a dream that many mosquitoes have come to his house, it indicates that he will experience grief and sorrow. however, if he sees that the mosquitoes have taken over and gathered in his house, it indicates that he will conquer a weak person. if someone sees in a dream that a mosquito has entered his nose and does not come out, it indicates that he will be caught in hard work and trouble.
