Dream interpretation of hazrat ibn sirin, may allah have mercy on him, said that sa'iqah is a fire that comes from the clouds. if one sees in a dream that lightning has struck from the clouds, it is an indication that the wrath of almighty allah in that measure will befall the people of that place. the command of almighty allah is: { وَ يَرْسِلَ عَلَيْهَا حُسْبَانًا مِّنَ السَّمَآئِ فَتُصْبِحَ صَعِيدًا زَلَقًا} (al-kahf 18:40) "and send a calamity upon your garden from the sky so that it becomes a barren plain." the people of that country should repent so that the punishment is removed from them. hazrat ibrahim kirmani, may allah have mercy on him, said that if one sees fire raining from the sky like rain, it is an indication of calamity and bloodshed from the king in the country. if one sees lightning striking and burning him, it is an indication that the dreamer will perish from the king's punishment.
