Dream interpretation of hazrat ibn sirin (may allah have mercy on him) said that seeing a calf in a dream represents wealth and livelihood upon which people rely. dream interpreters have stated that the calf represents honor and status for people. if one sees that his calf is strong, it indicates that his work will be good, and if he sees that his calf is weak, it indicates that his condition and work will be weak and disorganized. hazrat ibrahim kirmati (may allah have mercy on him) said that if one sees his calf made of iron or eight metals, it indicates that his life will be long and his wealth will remain durable. and if he sees his calf broken, it indicates that there will be evil upon his body. hazrat jabir maghribi (may allah have mercy on him) said that seeing a calf in a dream represents a woman for men and a husband for women. and if one sees his calves intertwined, it indicates the fear of destruction. if one sees many hairs on his calf, it indicates that he will be in debt. and if one sees that he has shaved his calf, it indicates that he will be free from debt. hazrat jafar sadiq (may allah have mercy on him) said that seeing a calf in a dream is based on four reasons: (1) wealth (2) livelihood (3) long life (4) a woman for men and a husband for women.
