Dream interpretation of hazrat ibn sirin (may allah have mercy on him) said that if someone sees in a dream that he has thrown a rope and caught a man, it means that he will seek help from a respected person according to the size of the rope. and if he sees that his rope is made of thread, it means he will seek help from an honest person, and if he sees that the rope is made of pig hair, it means he will seek help from a disbelieving person. and if he sees that he has thrown a rope and it lands around a man's neck, it means he will seek help from a weak person. hazrat jabir maghribi (may allah have mercy on him) said that if he sees that he has thrown a rope and it lands around the neck of a corrupt person, it means he will seek help from a weak person. hazrat jabir maghribi (may allah have mercy on him) also said that if he sees the rope in the hands of that person, it means he will seek help from a traveling man, and if he sees that he has thrown a rope and cannot catch the enemy, it means no one will help him.
