Dream interpretation of hazrat ibrahim karmani (may allah have mercy on him) said that if someone sees a known deceased person being shrouded, it is an indication that the dreamer will follow the deceased's worldly ways — if the deceased was learned, they will pursue knowledge, and if wealthy, they will gain wealth. if one sees themselves removing a shroud from a deceased person in the dream, it signifies that the deceased's condition was good. if someone dreams of giving a shroud to a deceased person, it suggests they will give clothes to the deceased's relatives. hazrat jafar sadiq (may allah have mercy on him) stated that seeing dead people's clothes in a dream can mean three things: wealth, the manifestation of a difficult task, or corruption of religion. if one sees in their dream that the deceased is watching them, it indicates that their life will be long, but there will be trouble in their house. if one sees that the deceased has come back to life, it suggests that a difficult task will become apparent to them. if they are unemployed, they will find work, if a king, their knowledge and wisdom will grow, and their hopes and tasks will be fulfilled. it is stated in the qur'an: {so allah caused him to die for a hundred years, then brought him back to life.} (al-baqarah 2:259). hazrat jabir maghribi (may allah have mercy on him) said that if one sees a great person or a scholar revived, it suggests that their faith and nature will be rejuvenated, whether good or bad. if a dreamer sees a deceased hugging them, it signifies a long life and improvement in the dreamer's affairs. if one gives an item to a deceased person in a dream, it means that item will become expensive. some say the deceased was forgiven and martyred. if a deceased asks for food in a dream, it denotes that the deceased seeks charity from the dreamer.
