Dream interpretation of hazrat daniyal (may peace be upon him) states that seeing ice, or frozen snow, in a dream represents grief and sorrow, especially if seen in its appropriate season. if one sees themselves eating frozen snow, it is an indication of abundant sustenance. however, if one sees a large and immeasurable amount of snow during its season in winter, it indicates accumulating wealth equivalent to the amount of snow seen. hazrat kermani (may peace be upon him) mentioned that if one sees pure and clean snow in the summer, it signifies collecting lawful wealth, but if the snow appears dirty and bitter, it indicates gathering wealth through unlawful means. if pure snow is seen during winter, it suggests enjoying life's pleasures and gaining profit from livelihood, and it brings joy to the hearts of friends. hazrat jaber maghribi (may peace be upon him) stated that seeing snow in dreams during winter in cold countries indicates benefit, profit, and health, whereas in hot countries, it signifies famine and distress. some interpreters said seeing snow and lightning in dreams in cold countries indicates prosperity, while in hot countries, it signifies famine and sorrow. imam jafar sadiq (may peace be upon him) said that seeing frozen snow in a dream has six interpretations: (1) plentiful sustenance, (2) life, (3) wealth, (4) affordable prices, (5) grief and sorrow, (6) famine and distress.
