Dream interpretation of elephant پِیل (ہاتھی )

Dream interpretation of hazrat ibn sirin (may allah have mercy on him) said that interpreters say that there is no difference between seeing an elephant in a dream during the day or night. if someone sees himself sitting on an elephant in a dream, it is an indication that he will be involved with a troublesome woman, and if this dream occurs during the day, it means he will divorce a woman or sell a slave girl. if he sees himself killing an elephant, it signifies that a king will be killed by his hand or a strong fortress will be conquered. if one sees an elephant placing its foot on his head and killing him, it means his death is near, and his condition will be bad. if one sees himself sitting on someone else's elephant, it means he will leave the service of his king for another king's service. hazrat ibrahim karmani (may allah have mercy on him) said that if someone sees himself sitting on an elephant in a dream and the elephant is under his command and obedient, it means he will become the king of persia. if someone sees himself eating elephant meat in a dream, it means he will obtain wealth and blessings from the persian king in proportion to the meat he ate. if he sees that he has some bones or skin of an elephant, it signifies that he will receive wealth and riches from the king. if one sees himself sitting on an elephant during a battle, it means he will overpower a great enemy, as supported by the story of the people of the elephant. if someone sees himself falling from an elephant's back in a dream, it means he will be caught in severe calamity, and if he sees himself falling and dying during a battle, it indicates the king of that land will die. hazrat jabir maghribi (may allah have mercy on him) said that if a person sees himself sitting on an elephant for amusement and the elephant is able to overpower him, it indicates that he will marry a persian woman and she will dominate him but if he sees the opposite with the elephant, then he will dominate the woman. if he sees the elephant adorned with weapons and being taken from city to city, it means the king of another kingdom will overthrow the king of that land until he destroys him. hazrat jafar sadiq (may allah have mercy on him) said that seeing an elephant in a dream has six interpretations: first: king of persia. second: man servant. third: deceitful man. fourth: powerful and dignified man. fifth: jealous man. sixth: oppressive bloodthirsty.
