Dream interpretation of hazrat ibn sirin, may allah have mercy on him, has said that seeing camphor in a dream is an indication of purity, truthfulness, and being on the right path. if one sees that they are burning camphor and it emits a foul odor, it indicates that they will do a good deed, but there will be ingratitude for it. if one sees they have a small amount of camphor, it indicates receiving glad tidings, and if one finds a lot of camphor in their dream, it indicates acquiring a lot of wealth and benefits. hazrat ja'far al-sadiq, may allah have mercy on him, said that seeing camphor in a dream can have seven interpretations: (1) a learned man, (2) a woman, (3) a friend, (4) a beautiful maidservant, (5) a lot of wealth and riches, (6) praise, commendation, and good words, (7) being obedient and submissive of the self.
