Dream interpretation of hazrat ibn sirin (may allah have mercy on him) said that the battlements of a city, fortress, or village's wall are indicative of a king or governor. the interpreters have stated that the battlements of a city are indicative of the king and those of a village are indicative of the village owner. if you see the city’s battlements strong and high, it is an indication of the strength and virtue of the king’s condition. and if you see the city’s battlements collapsing, if all fall, it indicates the king’s destruction, and if a few fall, it means the governor of the city will die. and if you see new ones being built, it is evidence that a new king will reside in the city, and if some are built, a new governor will reside in the city. hazrat ibrahim karmani (may allah have mercy on him) said that seeing the battlements near the city's gate indicates joy and peace, and those at the back of the city, regardless of how you see them, will have a good or bad effect on the viewer.
