Dream interpretation of hazrat ibn sirin (may allah have mercy on him) said that if a man sees anklets on his feet in a dream, it is an indication of distress. and if he sees them made of silver, the severity will be less. hazrat ibrahim kirmani (may allah have mercy on him) said that seeing anklets for a woman symbolizes her husband, and it is a good sign. seeing gold anklets signifies wealth for women but is prohibited for men. and if one sees that the anklets are removed from the feet or lost, it indicates that the man will be freed from the agony of his heart.
